The location was comfortable and easy, the staff were REALLY HELPFUL. We booked deluxe double room with breakfast and truly enjoyed it.

Door sticks, exterior needs a pressure washing,

Other than a few negatives, it was a comfortable place to stay.

The coffee maker was broken, I asked for a replacement the first morning and was told they would bring a new one right over, never happened, I had to go to the office the next morning to get a different one. Bathtub faucet dripped, they are wasting a lot of water, stains on the bedspread.

Room had no hot water. Frustrating experience.

Enjoyed the breakfast. Access to stores were convient.

Better job of vacuuming the floors in corners of the sleeping area.

mold on bathroom window. outside lite out at recreation room which is down stairs out back fell on step drop because dark. Toilets need upgrade so small had to lean over to go.

Friendly staff and nice gym, but our room had some cleanliness issues.

We liked the room , it was okay .

We didn't like that they didn't empty our trash , they didn't bring us toilet paper or tissue . We had to ask them for everything or go get it ourselves . The breakfast could have been better. They never made up our beds , we made them ourselves .

Room smelled of mildew and was in need of updating. Beds not comfortable. Bathroom door neds to be painted. I felt dirty being in the room. Breakfast was very weird experience with having to choose from a card with 3 options and was very limited. Breakfast room felt like an outdated meeting room and was not at all comfortable.

Solo traveler seeking quality stay

The hotel was clean, everything worked with the exception of very slow internet. The beds were average but without any issues.

It wasn't exactly cheap, but it was still acceptable for the experience.

TV was not connected when we arrived, had to wait for 2 service people to reconnect.

I stayed here for 3 nights and found the rooms to be clean. The staff were friendly, great when you're exploring new places. Being just about 2 km from the Museum of Ashe County History and only a short walk to the New River made it easy for me to enjoy wonderful park views and fascinating landmarks on my strolling adventures.
